After many years away from extreme physical activity it can be very intimidating to walk into a boxing or kickboxing gym.
My program is designed to get you from the couch to fighting shape. The goal is to get your mind and body ready for physical activity after a prolonged period of inactivity.
Too often we start by doing way too much work. The result is sore muscles for weeks after the initial workout resulting in giving up the program.
